Shipping
1. Shipping and handling start from $6.5 for 48 states by FedEx or USPS ground service. Express shipping extra. Some ARF kits, engines & heavy items may subject to higher charge.

3. All discrepancies and damages should be reported as soon as possible, and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise credit cannot be given
4. All orders shipped via "standard" shipping are typically received 4 - 10 business days from purchase. No insurance or signature fee is included. If your want special insurance or signature, please let us know.

6. International orders are using the average cost to regular postal mail a package internationally. International shipping/delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination country. Payment
1. We accept Visa card, Master card, Discover card, American Express card, money orders & checks. We do not accept international money order.
2. We take checks and Money orders by mail, please NOTE your full name, shipping address, item name, item number, and telephone number.
3. $30 fee for return check
4. $15 USD will apply to any COD payment.
Return Policy
1. All returns subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Custom items are not returnable, for returned unused item within 30 days of shipping date.
2. Item received damaged or defective should be returned promptly. Replacement will be made.
Engine Service
1. SK Engine service is available as an exchange policy. Engines that can be repaired will be replaced with a new or refurbished motor at our discretion for a cost of 60% of the current retail price. Parts are available for all of the motors and gearboxes. If a part is not listed on the website please call.
2. Problems that can�t be repaired are burnt or damaged coils (including motor leads broken near or inside the case) and severely damaged cases. In some instances major damage of several components will not qualify for the exchange program. Planetary gearbox repairs will be quoted after receipt of the motor.
3. Motors that are returned for warranty service may be repaired, or replaced with a new or refurbished motor at our discretion. Warranty claims will not be processed for motors that have incurred physical damaged (such as crashes or drop damage), broken or cut motor leads, or overheating. Under no circumstances will a warranty claim be handled without proof of purchase.
4. All Engines returned for warranty service must include with a description of the problem. A valid phone number and/or email address must be provided.
